Post-Conference Workshops – Friday February 24th
In the morning workshop Dr. Howard Scott, a true pioneer of smart metering practices, recognised international authority on the technical and business aspects of implementing smart metering and AMI projects, and author of the industry’s leading AMI report, The Scott Report, will deliver an exclusive workshop on how to manage a smart metering project from procurement to implementation to ongoing management.
In the afternoon, SAIC will address how to optimize smart water metering projects. It will also include an in-depth learning experience on revenue assurance and loss reduction. This workshop, directed toward water utility AMR/AMI project managers and team members, provides principles and real world examples of successful project management, and practical approaches to the unique challenges facing water utilities.
